A hospital move, secure placement, or use of another identifier can also remove a person from a public roster without a community release. That is why the release date, reason, and destination matter as a set. A single missing roster entry cannot establish all three.

A GDC ID belongs to a state correctional record, while a county booking number identifies a local arrest episode. Do not merge them. The court case number provides another link, often revealing the bond order, disposition, sentence, or transfer that explains the release.

For post-release status, parole and probation are separate. The State Board of Pardons and Paroles grants parole after part of a state prison sentence. Probation comes from a court. The public TPM lookup concerns a Tentative Parole Month before release, while the parolee database can help confirm parole after release.
